The Turbo PMAC2 Realtime Express Controller provides a very powerful, but compact and cost-effective, multi-axis controller for up to 32 axes on the Panasonic Realtime Express network, using the Panasonic A4N servo motors and drives. |
The base version of the Turbo PMAC2 Realtime Express Controller with no options provides a boxed controller 230mm (9”) high x 180mm (7”) deep x 38mm (1.5”) wide with:
• 80 MHz DSP56303 Turbo PMAC CPU
• 256k x 24 user SRAM active memory
• 1M x 8 flash memory for user backup & firmware
• Latest released firmware version
• 100 Mbps Ethernet communications interface
• USB 2.0 communications interface
• RS-232 serial communications interface
• Realtime Express network interface for up to 32 axes
• 4 general-purpose digital outputs, isolated and protected, sinking or sourcing, 24V, 100mA
• 8 general-purpose digital inputs, isolated and protected, sinking or sourcing, 12-24V
• 1 differential quadrature or pulse-and-direction input
• 1 set pulse-and-direction or PWM-t op-and bottom differential outputs
• Single 24VDC power input |
