PC Based Customizable CNC Machine Interface
The PMAC-NC Pro2 Software is an open
architecture, Windows based, customizable GUI for CNC machine control. The unique package offers two levels of
customizability. Machine specific
screen parameters such as number of axes, error messages, coordinate system
offset setup, and type of machine (mill/turn/etc), can be setup through the
included configurable objects. With
the addition of the optional PMAC HMI Pro2 Designer the actual
screens and forms can be both modified and new screens can be added to suit
the customer specific application.
Easily populate screens with a wide selection of built-in controls
and objects including buttons, indicators, strip charts, bar graphs,
gauges, sliders and many more.
PMAC-NC Pro2 even allows you to import bitmap images from a
variety of popular graphics programs.
The new PMAC-NC Pro2 software can be used with
any WindowsXP/2000 compatible PC.
The software includes a software operator control panel or can be
combined with the new Advantage 900 series USB (wireless Bluetooth
optional) remote operator pendant to create an open-architecture CNC
control with a PC based GUI.
When combined with any Delta Tau Turbo motion controller
(Dual Port Ram required), whether communicating via PCI bus, USB, or
Ethernet; the PMAC-NC Pro2 software gives the user unequalled power
and flexibility in the machine tool environment.
Delta Tau also offers the Advantage 900 industrial PC
for users who require a more robust industrial hardware solution.
