  • Why should I create a Repair Request Data Center Account?

    You will be able to login to submit a repair request and get live updates of your repair's status. You will also receive automatic email updates with your repair's status and get an estimated time of the repair's completion.

  • What happens once I submit my repair request?

    A support engineer will review your information and determine whether your product needs to be returned for repair. If it is deemed your product needs repair, you will be given a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for all product returns.

  • How long does it take to create a free account?

    It takes a few minutes to fill out the form and up to one business day to approve the account.

  • What do I do if I just need technical support?
